During
the preparation of GBU, the Comprehensive Technology Department is the
functional department responsible for campus planning and construction, and its
primary responsibilities include:
1.
To develop and implement phased construction plans for the two campuses;
2.
To organize the preparation of funding applications for construction projects,
and manage the allocation, utilization and oversight of construction funds;
3.
To oversee the site selection, estimation, budgeting, and approval processes
for campus construction projects;
4.
To organize feasibility studies for campus construction, competitive bidding
for designs, preliminary design, and construction documentation, as well as
take charge of construction tenders, site management and completion inspections;
5.
To collaborate with academic and research departments to prepare detailed lists
of construction needs, organize targeted professional and special project
designs, and oversee specific construction projects;
6.
To lead and coordinate with related departments to manage school land and
property, building maintenance, renovations, energy-saving measures, and other
construction-related activities, as well as take charge of organizing and
archiving technical documentation for infrastructure projects;
7.
To complete other tasks assigned by higher authorities and university
leadership.
