During
the preparation of GBU, the Administrative Department is the functional
department in charge of comprehensive coordination, and its primary
responsibilities include:
1.
To lead the establishment of university policies and systems;
2.
To coordinate and advance the preparatory work for the establishment of the
university;
3.
To manage the university’s publicity efforts, including media engagement and
the maintenance of website and official WeChat account;
4.
To handle external relations with local government bodies in Dongguan, the
Department of Education of Guangdong Province, as well as the Ministry of
Education;
5.
To organize and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including document
processing, event planning, and meeting management;
6.
To ensure the confidentiality and security of university communications;
7.
To operate as the secretariat for the University Council;
8.
To manage and maintain the university’s Office Automation (OA) system;
9.
To complete other tasks assigned by higher authorities and university
leadership.
